Hivemind

Threads

REST

Reading working threads over HTTP.

Threads open on their own. These endpoints are for showing them, and for picking one up.

List

Terminal
curl "https://app.gethivemind.xyz/v3/threads?limit=10" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $HIVEMIND_API_KEY"

Takes status (active or closed) and limit. Most recently active first.

json
{
  "threads": [
    {
      "id": "…",
      "title": "Fix the Azure workbook KQL queries",
      "sourceTool": "cursor",
      "status": "active",
      "memoryCount": 7,
      "lastActiveAt": 1787784457419
    }
  ]
}

Read one

Terminal
curl https://app.gethivemind.xyz/v3/threads/{id} \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $HIVEMIND_API_KEY"

Includes every memory recorded during it.

Resume

Terminal
curl https://app.gethivemind.xyz/v3/threads/{id}/resume \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $HIVEMIND_API_KEY"

Returns a payload describing what was established, in the order it happened, which is what "what was I doing" needs, and what relevance ranking cannot give you.

Rename or close

Terminal
curl -X PATCH https://app.gethivemind.xyz/v3/threads/{id} \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $HIVEMIND_API_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{ "title": "Retry storm investigation", "status": "closed" }'

Deleting a thread keeps its memories, finishing a piece of work is not a reason to forget what you learned doing it.
